Invitation to Bid 

Door County’s §59.54(4), Wis. Stats., Rural Naming and Numbering System
 Replacement of Existing Address Signs and Posts

Door County is seeking bids for the replacement of existing address signs and posts. Such is to be carried out consistent with §59.54(4), Wis. Stats.; Ch. 10, Door County Code; and County’s Uniform Addressing Manual. 

Instructions and Specifications may be obtained from Mariah Goode, Land Use Services Department Director, at 920.746.2224, or , or County Government Center, 3^rd Floor, Land Use Services Department, Room # C307, 421 Nebraska Street, Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, or online at: http://www.co.door.wi.gov/.  Bids must conform to the requirements of the Instructions and Specifications. 

Bids must be submitted to and received by Mariah Goode, Land Use Services Department Director, on or before 12:00 p.m. on September 25^th, 2023.

Bids will be opened on September 25^th, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at the County Government Center, 3^rd Floor, Land Use Services Department Conference Room, Room # C318, 421 Nebraska Street, Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin.

Door County reserves the right to postpone letting of the contract for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of bid opening. Bids shall remain firm for that period of time.
