HOT MIX ASPHALT

TOWN OF BRUSSELS

Sealed bids will be received by the Door County Highway Department at 1001 S. Duluth Avenue, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235 until 11:00 AM, March 27, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened, for the following project.

Furnish approximately 450 tons of 4LT Hot Mix Asphalt Material for Misere Road, Town of Brussels, LRIP project #17892.  The hot mix asphalt product is to be loaded onto Highway Department trucks for delivery and placement at the job site.

The Town of Brussels reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted, or to accept any part or combination thereof, to waive any technicalities, and to accept any proposal deemed most advantageous to the town.  This work is being bid to comply with the State of Wisconsin, Local Road Improvement Program #17892, which is being used to fund a portion of the project costs.

Proposals shall be submitted on forms provided by Door County Highway Department, 1001 S. Duluth Avenue, Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin 54235, and marked “Proposal for Hot Mix Purchase, Town of Brussels, LRIP# 17892”.   Copies of same, along with specifications may be obtained from the Door County Highway Department or from the County website: www.co.door.wi.gov and go to bids and for sale.  Any proposals submitted after the date and time specified will be rejected.
